Ability to write/copy Base Model structure in Model Admin across divisions

Request Alerts needs to add "Reason Notes"

The current alert received when a request is completed shows everything but the notes. It would be helpful to show everything within the request to refresh the memory of the user who made the request. Please reference the attachment for more details.

Add export to excel buttons

Currently, there are no pages in Customer Hierarchy that you can export. The application is a read-only tool. Please add some export buttons to equipment profile, customer structure, etc.

Uploading Document should update "last updated" date

The last updated date should be impacted by a document being uploaded, checklist being marked off and other changes that impact where that deal is in COTI, not just changes to deal details.
