Showing the Agreement Customer in SalesLink Flex

Definition: Sometimes names are missing from SalesLink Flex. This is because it is showing the equipment attached to the customer and the internal inventory customer name from DBS. It should display the agreement customer name if one is available....

Lost Sales - iQuote
