It would be beneficial to have some additional fields on the Data Governance Form. On the top have Acct # (which should auto fill from iQuote). On the bottom have the Represented by auto populate with the influencer from the Quote and Add addition fields to get more information from the customer like: Email address, Alternate contact and alternate contacts email address. Having these field would help make our customer database stronger.
