Adding Reason Dropdown Option to No Lead

Hello - Would it be possible to add a "Reason" dropdown menu (that wasn't a mandatory field) to "No Lead"? Similar to how "No Deal" within opportunities has a reason dropdown option. If possible, the two options we would like to add are as follows:

 

- Service Already Performed

- Extended Service Interval

 

I had created a ticket about this, but was directed here to submit as a potential update.
