With everyone working form mobile devices, the formatting of the COTI emails could be improved dramatically from a formatting standpoint. Currently, the link to go into the record is at the bottom of the long grid. I suggest removing the grid format and only sending key info. that the reps/mgrs want to see. have link at the top...and, have the link actually work (Open) the deal on the phone. I currently get an error that says cannot connect to the server. :)

Hi Mike and Kelly, in regard to the grid updates we've made a few changes recently in this space. Do the new layouts work better for you now?
Updating this entry. I would also suggest you build in text functionality so reps can communicate on deals via text where practical in addition to email.
