Add Employee Number field to Submit to Payroll View and export file.

The Employee Number is already in Sales Link when you set up a Sales Rep so why not make it visibile/available in the Submit to Payroll View and export file.

The logic to manage Base Model/Display Model/Compatibility Code for visibility in iQuote should be consistent in Commissions.

Gatekeeper Function

Can you make the request form that the gatekeeper receives show what it was before along with the requested changes? I just see some reps coming back and saying no - change it back.
