Add ability to search by "Customer PO number" in the search bar.

Basically, it will be nice to add the ability to search by customer PO number in the search bar.

Have the ability to see backlogs when creating a PSQ quote

When creating a PSQ quote it would be beneficial to see the backlogs assigned to the machine serial number (in PSQ), this would allow us to quote any outstanding work at the time of the quote being raised. Submitted by WesTrac

When Preventative Maintenance was selected at the segment level in PSQ and the work order created, there is an indictor "P" that is pushed from PSQ to DBSi. Then when the program / indicator is removed in PSQ and work order update from PSQ, the work order in DBSi does not remove the indicator "P" this is preventing the work order from being invoiced. PSQ is allowing the end user to remove the program / indicator and allows the user to update the work order from PSQ, but does not remove the Indicator in DBS. Dealer will need to go to the back end of DBS to clear the indicator and allow user to invoice the work order..

If PSQ is allowing the end user to remove the program / indicator at the segment level and update the work order then the update needs to be pushed and changed in DBSi. This will improve the efficiency of WIP management which helps with CAT excell...

Add in Cat Interact functionality to share quotes directly with customers and receive customer responses

Ability to share quotes directly with customers, receive any customer feedback and also have digital authorisation to proceed with quoted work. All can be tracked and documented within the PSQ quote using Cat Interact

When Updating the Work Order from PSQ could there be a configure to not send notes after the initial creation of the work order or an option to only send certain segment notes or the notes write over but underneath what is already loaded?
