Amend a won quote in iQuote that updates COTI.

A simple method to make changes to a Won quote in iQuote that will update COTI. Currently the deal has to be cancelled then the quote re-opened the changes made and the quote re-won again.

We need to make a field called Data Sheet GP% editalbe, it used to be and something changed

Populate the agreement number in COTI, irrespective of whether a deal is invoiced or not

Currently, we only populate the sales agreement number from DBS once the deal has been invoiced. The ask is to have the Agreement number fetched from the Agreement Table in DBS irrespective of whether a deal is invoiced or not.
