Include more fields in the equipment population forms for Power Systems equipment

Consider changing or allowing an option for different/multiple source of attachments out of DBS into iQuote

Need to pull from price model field because we only categorize attachments by one category in DBS. Allowing dealers to pull from different sources will give some flexibility for this.
