ISR's are handling calls and inquiries for current customers and feedback from them would suggest they would like the option to send a email alert to the Rep for the account to let them know their customer has contacted them etc. They suggest a tick box similar to the "email me" one where the Reps listed on the account could be selected, and the email automatically sent when activity saved.
This would help let the Account Manager know what current activities are going on, and have valuable conversations with their customers.
