for Issues in SalesLink, add the ability to Include the "Description" of the "Issue" to be included in the Outstanding Leads List/Report Excel Export function. (see screenshot).

What problem is your idea trying to solve?
Simply that the Descriptions of the issue are not included on the report. if we had the Descriptions pull into the report it would have much more valuable content and be easier to digest for management and owners. Current Pain Point: *You have to look at each issue individually to read and review the Description, which is laborious and takes significant time. If the information were to be included with the report it would be much more valuable and would increase visibility to the matter at hand in a faster way. |
