Default to Yes for Follow up Activity

When creating a quote in iQuote, currently "Follow Up Activity" is defaulted to no. We would like this to default to yes to encourage reps to create a follow up activity.

In iQuote, and a follow up activity is selected after submitting a quote to a customer, the default date for that activity should be the Estimated Customer Reply date

Need a tab added to Tech Dashboard to show a simple list of all tickets assigned that are NOT marked COMPLETE, regardless of date on calendar.

We find that techs have tickets that they were scheduled for from previous weeks and they haven't marked all the segments complete. They may still be working on items. Instead of the tech having to waste time scrolling back week after week looking...
