When printing jobs in ServiceLink, please send the User ID to DBS. Today, the integration uses a generic service account which prevents us from using automation downstream.
In DBS we have functionality to type the word EMAIL on the print outque and we get a PDF version of the document we want (proforma, estimate, quote, invoice), sent to the email associated with the user's profile.

This would be a great feature to have and keep users from having to switch back to DBS.
