Mass deletions of extended warranty

We need the option to mass delete extended warranty entries. When uploading the CAT extended warranty, the data will copy to any other non-cat product with the same base model in other divisions. We end up with CAT warranty on non-cat products.

Enhance quote editor to allow changes to the model description.
