Sometimes we have units that are listed on our websites with specific configurations and/or work tools that we would like the ability to create a quote template for to streamline the process for our Sales Reps to quote these setups to customers.

Previously, we have been creating quotes for each inventory item and sharing them to the sales reps, however, it would much easier if we could create a standard template that Sales Reps can go create a quote from (and choose the machine at that point of quote creation). |
It sounds like you're referring to standard packages, but knowing how well you know the system, you're probably not. Could you elaborate?
