Ability to search for a technician in the Labor Inquiry functionality, of ServiceLink like what it is in Labor Approval functionality. There is a lot of scrolling to be done to find the technician.

Clearer verbiage for expired warranty opportunities

"Customer Accepted" is a confusing term in the UI with regards to expiring warranties. This enhancement will change the verbiage to Outstanding instead of Customer Accepted.

(WesTrac) The ability to download individual and bulk photos from ServiceLink from the Media tab

The media tab in a work order in ServiceLink has the ability to upload and remove photos but does not have the ability to download individual or bulk photos.
