Currently, our CRM platform offers API capabilities that allow customers to efficiently read and utilize contact data.
However, the absence of corresponding write APIs limits automation opportunities and necessitates manual data management efforts. This gap restricts the ability of business users to seamlessly integrate external applications, automate workflows, and maintain data consistency across platforms.
To address this, we propose extending the CRM's API functionality to include write operations for contacts. This enhancement would empower business users to effortlessly update, add, or synchronize contact information from external systems directly into the CRM, reducing manual overhead, minimizing data entry errors, and significantly improving productivity and accuracy across business workflows.
