Enhance Lead Reminder email capability by allowing the Carbon Copying of Managers.

To enhance the existing "Follow-Up Lead Reminder" email by introducing the functionality to automatically copy (CC) the respective manager of the Sales or Product Support Representative on Lead reminder emails to increase lead to follow-up velocity. Improve accountability from MSR’s and PSSR’s in actioning Leads. Ultimately increase the likelihood of winning machine sales and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Implement a feature to add Carbon Copy (CC) functionality to the automated Lead Reminder emails. This would ensure that if a lead has not been addressed within the specified timeframe (e.g., triggering a reminder), the responsible Representative's direct manager is automatically notified. This immediate managerial visibility is expected to create serious urgency and enhanced accountability, prompting timely lead action.

    Hi Ryan,

    Although a worthwhile problem to solve, we recommend that Sales Managers use any of the three reports to address this challenge:

    • On The Go > Outstanding Leads

    • Pipeline > Resolved Leads

    • Pipeline > Opportunity Pipeline
