We are constantly asking our reps to help with collections. Including a view of Unpaid Commissions for Rental and Parts & Service will help with this effort. Plus it saves the Sales Manager or someone else from having to export this view from the Manager or Admin role, parse it by rep and email it out. We would also request the Invoice Date and Days Since Invoice (in days) be available in the view.
