In the segment header, the Display Operations on Invoice needs to be defaulted to No, currently defaulted to Yes.

Add Machine to Prospect's Equipment List from a Lost Opportunity / Quote

Allow Dealers to automatically record a competitive machine record for a Prospect from a lost sale/opportunity. This could be a configuration key allowing dealers to choose if they wish to allow or not.

MSR and PSSR Customer Assignment History

We'd like rep assignment history in SalesLink. If Rep A was assigned as an MSR for a customer until February of 2023 and Rep B took over that account as MSR in March of 2023, we'd like to track that.

Add ancillary charges and taxes to the Financials Tab to know the WO Total $ amount

It will save a lot of time if we could see the WO totals including ancillary charges and taxes on the Financials Tab.

Provide ability to override store in ServiceLink profile creation

Enable mobile phone field to be mandatory

The recent move for Cavpower to transfer phone and email data from "extra Details" to the specific Contact fields was done on the basis that the fields could be set as mandatory. It has since been revealed that it it not possible
