For machines in stock and on order that have not been invoiced update the serial number using the stock number. Ideally this would be a live update. Refer to ticket 3581498696 that states "For deals not to be invoiced during this overnight batch, or for deals that were already invoiced, the equipment details will not be updated. So for non-invoiced deals (On order or in inventory), there is no logic to auto-populate the equipment serials from DBS, and the serials will need to be manually entered in the UI."

No, these machines haven't been invoiced yet. They are either in stock or on order. We want the serial number to pull into COTI as soon as it becomes available in DBS, regardless of the invoice status.
It sounds like this is a matter of how frequent the invoicing and machine data is updated in COTI from the ERP throughout the day. Is that correct?
