The "Urgency" field in the Work Order Header Maintenance screen should be included in the work order Overview screen so users can assign and manage the priority of the work order.
1 = Urgent 2 = High 3 = Medium 4 = Low

Add this functionality and add it to the CAT INTERAT Advanced API, they have a prioirty setting too. Have this update the priority in Cat Interact.
