Update the GetChanges API to show the WO invoice status more quickly

Currently if you Invoice Immediately, the work order status goes to Invoiced, however the ticket status stays in Closed until the next day. This means that the work order stays in the Closed section of the Pipeline, and doesn't move to the invoice...
