The request is to indicate to users when there is (e.g. new work order assigned, blog, etc.) like other apps do. Having a notification window show as well as an indicator on the application icon on the home screen.
This could be something for SVL web also but the most often request is within SVL Flex. This has been requested by multiple dealers.
