Show Future Programs as Options when Selecting Future Delivery date

Add hyperlink to SIMSi for warranty pop out window in the overview screen similar to how the Service letter pop out is linked to SIS

Allow search for Deal ID (Sales ID)

Deal ID is visible in the URL in COTI but nowhere else. It would be good if you could search by this unique identifier, like you can with Quote #, Opportunity # etc.
