Define an admin page that allows the dealer to define events that would automaitcally create segments(with parts/labor/misc) When a new ticket is created for field do this. The definition of the segment(s) content would be based on templates

Held Up Due Date

Since the migration to CloudLink, we have noticed a due date field in the manual Held Up window. It is not a required field but if you do not fill it out, it defaults to the year 1900 and affects the placement on the timeline for the Overview tab....
