When we schedule a ticket that contains a manual held up, the ticket should have a specific color underline on the ticket in the scheduler as per the legend. This specific colored underline would represent a MANUAL HELD UP that exists on a WIP Work Order or FINALIZING Work Order so that we can view from the scheduler that a ticket has a manual held up on it, view the ticket and the held up added right from the work order in scheduler vs. having to use the Held Ups/Exceptions from the dashboard.
