Ability to add custom role to Workflow filter section

Dealer may have custom work roles (i.e. Finance Coordinator). We would like the ability to be able to add custom work roles as filters in the Workflow for a better view of which deals need to be worked on per role.

PSQ Category field to match Parts Opportunity
