This will require additional discussion, but we would like to see COTI do much more that it does now relative to the deal details sheet and the managing of the GP% prior to invoice. Currently, you get one shot at the financials and that's when you submit the deal from iQuote. if you want the deal sheet changed, you have to cancel and resubmit from iquote which is too many steps. Or, you use the Change Requests function to make changes, but the GP on the deal still shows what was submitted from iquote and you don't see the true GP until you invoice in DBS. We want to be able to adjust the deal sheet and GP% prior to invoice. What if you had the ability to edit or add to the costs in COTI which would update the GP% prior to invoice. Perhaps have a fourth column in the financial analysis section (adjusted deal sheet)? We currently create a deal sheet in excel for each deal submitted to COTI for this exact purpose. Any one else doing this, or maybe it's just us?

A back and forth communication between iQuote and COTI might help accomplish this. If a change is made to a quote linked to a a deal in COTI, those updates should reflect in COTI.
