Ability to assign another sales rep to a lead even if default sales rep and division are shown. Currently there is capability for the assigned division and sales rep shown on a lead/opportunity. There are times where we need to add an ISR to a House Account. To assign the ISR, we would have to assign the ISR to the customer via DBS and wait overnight for it to update to be able to choose the rep from a dropdown.

If more than one sales rep is assigned to a lead or opportunity who is primary owner? Who will be taking the action item in following up with the customer? We feel that having one person assigned clarifies who is expected to action the item. Is this still a pain point happening at the Dealership?

This would also help us when an ISR is passing a opportunity on to an outside rep. At that point a customer is wanting a quote and we are having a lot of quotes/opportunities being created because we have to wait over night for the DBS rep change over and not being associated with the original opp. This is becoming more and more critical because of the new Cat metrics reports
