Ability to share quotes directly with customers, receive any customer feedback and also have digital authorisation to proceed with quoted work. All can be tracked and documented within the PSQ quote using Cat Interact

Update uninvoiced machine serial number details from DBS into COTI via the stock number

Having a pop up or a notification of sorts be initiated to show that the part being ordered on a current work order segment has been previously ordered against the machine within a certain timeframe to avoid possible charging customer(s) for items...

Ability to have File Attachments / hyperlinks added to the Customer Service Report
To have a similar field like the Warranty Report on a Customer Service Report to show all file attachments and have them hyperlinked to view. Also have the ability to choose what files you can show to the customer.

Allow multiple bulk lead uploads to the same campaign without creating duplicate lead records. Enable assignment of different rep types within a single bulk upload, or support rep type designation per lead in the upload file.
