Enable the ability to transfer equipment from one customer to another

To enable on the spot transfer of assets within the customer base while discussing the MPOP with the customer. This will ensure changes are captured immediately and not requiring updates later.

      Having the ability to move customer equipment (transfer) while at a customers' site will greatly improve data quality as it is more likely that a MSR or PSSR will do it while talking to a customer.
