EMT to use Model instead of Price Model for Model field in Machine Information

The EMT Model Information page currently uses the Price Model field value from DBS for the Model field. It should be changed to use the Display Model which is what CMP uses.

Remove the ability to schedule a workshop bay multiple times to one work order
