Describe the workflow and problem in detail.
We have groups that all work in the same position for various departments (WIP Room- opens all work orders, multiple service admin working the same job, Branch management- 2-3 personnel). Currently SVL Blog feature only allows for selecting individual people to send the message to. How it sits, Personnel have to know exactly who to send the message to and include everyone that needs to be notified. This is an issue because personnel changes and the time it takes to include all the right people on the blog.
What would you like the application to be able to do instead?
We would like the ability to create groups within the Blog function so when sending a message, the person can select the department or group that needs to be notified. For example: The Service Admin needs to request additional segments be added onto a work order. Currently they would need to individually select 7-10 people to send the blog to. With the group enhancement, they would select "WIP Room" and "Branch Operation" and it will include both groups on that Blog.

How are you solving this today without this change in place?
It is too much to ask everyone in the company to know who all they need to include on the message. We are not solving this today.
What is the impact to your business to having this enhancement higher in the list?
It would allow us flexibility with personnel changeover and standardizing processes around work order communication.
