Expand Search capabilities in iQuote

When you search quotes by ID# (stock) or s/n in iQuote, it currently returns only first revision. I'd like it to be able to search and return if the ID or s/n was quoted on a 2nd, 3rd, 4th, ect revisions.

Map Governmental customer to Quote Type

A governmental customer in DBS should default to the governmental quote type in iQuote so taxes, warranty and other governmental specific costs are accurate on the quote.

Defaults search option for quotes to be similar to SalesLink (contains - customer name)

Ability to set up Extras that calculate their value as a percent of Net/List

We currently add an extra called a Service Pack which is intended to cover interest costs and other misc. costs. We would like to be able to add this extra and have it calculate as a percent of net or list.

Break out amount for "Loan payoff by Dealer" as a cost to deal

In the trade in section where you can indicate the loan payoff to be paid by the dealer, we think that amount should automatically be broken out as a cost.

Add "exception based" Customer A/R visibility when creating quotes.

We had a suggestion from our sales reps and credit department to possibly add visibility to a customers A/R balance (possibly) exception based so that when they are creating a quote, they can work in any funds owed in the the machine deal.

We would like to see an enhancement to iQuote, or a configuration added that allows you to pull in attachments from inventory, or Cat Price List and give the user the ability to add a sales price that will show on the quote so they can be itemized...
