Add "exception based" Customer A/R visibility when creating quotes.
We had a suggestion from our sales reps and credit department to possibly add visibility to a customers A/R balance (possibly) exception based so that when they are creating a quote, they can work in any funds owed in the the machine deal.
When creating a quote in iQuote, it would "flag" the user that the customer has an outstanding AR balance. This is a pretty old suggestion and not high up on our priority list.
