Adding Reason Dropdown Option to No Lead

Hello - Would it be possible to add a "Reason" dropdown menu (that wasn't a mandatory field) to "No Lead"? Similar to how "No Deal" within opportunities has a reason dropdown option. If possible, the two options we would like to add are as follows...

In the HeldUp /Exceptions Shop Req under WIP

Outstanding shop Requisitions is listed under Finalizing Exceptions, this needs to be added to WIP. We need to know how many work order are tied up waiting on parts to come in. Should have days from order and days from last labor.

Auto add an activity when a quote is created in PSQ

When a sales rep changes the status on a quote to submitted in PSQ, we would like the system to auto-add an activity to the customer similar to how iQuote auto-adds activities

Add hyperlinks to drill into the data for Sales Analysis and Accounts Receivable data

Add a Drop Down Arrow for the Family Field in COTI - Attachments

When searching for an attachment there is nothing indicating in the Family field that there is a drop down option to select an item, refer to attachments. An arrow would indicate a drop down menu for the user to select
