In the HeldUp /Exceptions Shop Req under WIP

Outstanding shop Requisitions is listed under Finalizing Exceptions, this needs to be added to WIP. We need to know how many work order are tied up waiting on parts to come in. Should have days from order and days from last labor.

Auto add an activity when a quote is created in PSQ

When a sales rep changes the status on a quote to submitted in PSQ, we would like the system to auto-add an activity to the customer similar to how iQuote auto-adds activities

Add a Drop Down Arrow for the Family Field in COTI - Attachments

When searching for an attachment there is nothing indicating in the Family field that there is a drop down option to select an item, refer to attachments. An arrow would indicate a drop down menu for the user to select

Include Last Service Date in the Equipment List Export within SalesLink

Any time you download an equipment list from SalesLink or Customer Search, the last service date should be included.

Advanced Search - Ability to create exception reports - ie Mailcodes

We have a need to identify Customers who have transacted, or are planning to transact with us (have open transactions or opportunities) who do not have specific mail codes assigned to an influencer.

Make configurable, creating a change request when a deal is cancelled.

Currently, when you cancel a deal, it creates a change request for each group, each person in each group. All of these have to be managed to completion which is extra work. I think this function should be configurable to be turned off/on.
