Activities Completed Screen – Display all activities not just the Reps phone calls and visits. 

We need some Check boxes added to the Activities Completed screen so that we can display ALL types of Activities in date order.  Activities include Leads, Quotes, Notes, Document Added, Requests, Issues and anything else that you could review as an Activity if you need to review them all in date order.

As a CMA when I move a CM Case into a SalesLink Lead and contact the customer to alert them to a pending issue, I have to then duplicate this Activity into the Add Activity screen to get it to display in the activities so that the Rep’s can see that I have made contact with their customer.  If we were able to check box’s on the Activity screen and display all or some of the different Activity types it would make it more efficient for everyone to review the entire Activity with a customer.

Also, as a user I should be able to set the default Display by choosing the check boxes i wish to open everytime I enter the Activity screen. By a Save Screen default function. Or at a minimum have the Activity screen open the same as you left the screen the last time you were using the Activity screen.
