We have some reps that are assigned to multiple divisions (e.g. Heavy Equipment and Compact Construction Equipment) where the influencer information should be the same. As we are having our reps update all of their information in SalesLink, it has become very tedious for them to have to enter/add the information twice, once for each division. Perhaps there could be coding in the background that would prevent the user from copying the influencer data to the new division, UNLESS he is also assigned to the other division? Otherwise, I could see folks going through and randomly copying influencers that may or may not make sense for the second division. Thank you. Deborah
Thanks Court. We would not want to copy to ALL divisions, but only certain ones. If it's an all or nothing configuration, I guess we have to leave it as is for now.

This is configurable. The application can be set to automatically create an influencer in all divisions when entering the information.
If you would like this changed in your environment, please open a support ticket for the config change.
