Make Opportunity Number a Clickable Link

When in a quote, the opportunity number is listed in one of the header bars. I'd like to see this a clickable link to have a more seamless transition between iQuote and Sales Link.

Parts Marketing Programs visible to Executive and Sales Reps

It would be a nice feature to be able to view the Parts Marketing Programs that are applicable to the customer account in Executive and Sales Rep view. These can be found under the Order Processing menu in DBS OPMENU - MNTPCCST.
