Allow Dealers to manager document loaded into Media Library.

Dealers currently have to put in a ticket to manage documents in the media library in order to make any changes or globally upload them. The idea is to give Dealers more accessibility to be able to do tasks like this on their own.

Docusign - change the 'send to docusign link' for multiple roles not just one
