Customers with AX ERP systems have a field to capture the customers discount type. The idea is to use the Terms Code field for the discount information or even consider the use of a another field such as the Acct Type concatenating this information (ie. Acct Type = AX LOYALTY12), “LOYALTY 12 being the discount label from NAXT.
The discounts are visible in NAXT under Setup.
