Joe Swayne - Can not assign doc description during upload

In PSQ we can assign a description to a document when we upload it (see screenprint). This is not working in SVL. Is there an option to turn on in SVL to get this to work the same as PSQ? GeorgeJoe Swayne -

Assigning Technicians Work Orders

When assigning technicians workorders, the “show segments” button on the technician dashboard is working for customer jobs but not on monthly jobs.Please see Attachment, Technician Work Orders.Joe Swayne -

Issues with Service link (Request to standardize mapping functionality)

Upon further investigation, it appears that despite having a common map interface, we are experiencing discrepancies in which an address is displayed for a piece of equipment, (having the exact same location) in both EquipmentLink and ServiceLink....

Travel Seg Notes for Tech

We did not have to have notes in travel segment before for the tech. Is this something that will be required now? Can this be changed where notes do not have to be a requirement?

Exported Excel file for Activity Purpose Report is pulling in all divisions

When exporting an Activity Purpose Report by division, the report is bringing in other divisions' activities. See Attached
