Customer Issue Management - Additional Point of Escalation

Is there any opportunity to add another escalation contact for “Issue Alert Recipients”?

Currently, the CIM logic only allows one individual to be nominated for:
• Manage – Issue Default Assignment – Individual whom the Customer Issue defaults to.
• Manage – Issue Alert Recipients – Individual whom the Customer Issue will be escalated to if it’s not resolved within parameters set based on their “priority” and their respective “escalation days”.
