Enable dealers to upload local items in the UI

Currently, when a dealer wants to upload a new local items file, they have to submit a ticket, which is frustrating for the customer and uses scarce internal resources.

Adding Equipment Physical Status (D365 dealer)

We migrated to D365 in 2023, Equipment has 3 different statuses - we currently have mapped the Agreement Status. We would also like to see Physical status in iQuote and the Inventory applications.

Invoke gatekeeper function when adding contact in iQuote header
