Make Shop Get Ready Form and BOL more of a live Document

Do they plan to have the Shop Get Ready form be more of a live document? ID#’s update from the IQuote to the SGRF? Same with the BOL? More of a live document?

Include the "Description" of the "Issue" in the Outstanding Leads List/Report Excel Export function.
