We want to make sure that our reps are doing their due dilligence on marketing generated leads and not just automatically marking them NO LEAD because they might think they know what the customer wants without asking. For example - we want reps to follow up on every Ready To Buy lead from CAT and not just mark them No Lead with a comment of "No Needs". Can we develop some way to alert a manager or marketing when a lead is marked NO LEAD but that rep has not entered an Activity on that assigned account in the past 30 days? 60 days?
