Compare Reporting - Add a field for the competitive part number on line items

Create ability to cc: others or select multiple individuals on Issues Created.

There are often times when we would want the Service Manager, as well as someone more specific to see when new Issues are generated, and today we can only send to one of them through the default assignment matrix.

Combine all OLGA reports into 1 report in the OLGA summary report page

Create a R-12 column for the Revenue and GP Analysis View/Report
