Reps typically plan coverage trips along a route or area within their territory that encompace several towns/suburbs or group of postcodes that today can not be grouped for planning, analysis or reporting.
From a territory coverage & planning this is one of the most asked about missing features by our Reps.
Providing a Territory Zone selection will allow reps to assign customers to a group & allow them to run reports by that zones or selection of zones.
